I highly recommend Shaun Ellis as well as his staff at The Ellis Group. Everyone that I have worked with there has been very timely, conscientious and responsive working with us doing our routine payroll as well as year end corporate tax returns. In addition, The Ellis Group strives to keep their fees fair. Shaun also was informative when assisting me to deal with issues such as the sale of a business. In addition, Shaun was undaunted during a recent IRS audit. He remained persistent working with the agent and diligent in his effort to prove our methodology (no easy task) and thus keep our exposure to a minimum. He did such an awesome job in his effort that even the IRS Agent commented to me that he was impressed by him and how he handled the audit!

I had not filed income taxes for 6 years, and the IRS finally came after me. They said I owed $146,000 plus penalties and interest. In spite of repeated letters from them, I kept putting off doing the paperwork because it was so overwhelming. Jamie Ellis came to my office and set up a system whereby I could sort through and organize my many boxes and piles of papers, and then stay current and organized.
